Easily Print/PDF Multiple Documents
Now, you can easily print and/or PDF multiple Proposals, Orders and Invoices with the new ‘Print / PDF’ button located at the top of your listings.
Select any Proposals, Orders or Invoices to Print/PDF. The document numbers do not have to be sequential.
Simply select the checkboxes next to your documents, click ‘Print/PDF’, and go!
New Search Functionality within Activities and Time Billing
Now you can filter your entries by information included in the ‘Notes’ field.
'Notes' are now displayed as an additional column within Activities and Time Billing listings.
Tip: Make sure to press the three dots under the "Type" field for "More Filters" to access the Notes filter option!
More Options for Searching and Organizing Inventory and Products
Quickly find items within Inventory and My Products using the new Search bar and Sales Code filter.
Improve the classification of your inventory items with new Category options.
What's Been Updated?
The Address ID will automatically populate when adding a new contact through 'Client' or 'Vendors'.
Within Items, the ‘Sales Tax 1’ row now includes Low & High Budget fields.
The 'Total Hours' displayed on the Activities screen now reflects all entries, not just those visible on the page.
On Proposals, under the Items tab, the feature ‘Update the Selling Deposit percent all items’ now includes updating ‘Other Cost'.
